NORFOLK, Virginia - Functional Relationship and Operational Memorandum of Understanding was signed by the Czech Republic, Germany, Greece, Italy, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and United Kingdom and NATO’s strategic commander for transformation at Headquarters Supreme Allied Command Transformation. The Czech Republic Army Colonel Radomir Mikes was the first director of the JCBRN Defence COE.

CZECH REPUBLIC, Vyškov - JCBRN Defence COE was officially activated and accredited as an International Military Organisation by the North Atlantic Council.

CZECH REPUBLIC, Vyškov -  Hungarian representative COL Janos Zeleňák, together with present representatives of Sponsoring Nations, signed the Note of Joining to Operation Memorandum of Understanding and Note of Joining to Functional Relationship Memorandum of Understanding.

BELGIUM, Brussels - The Notes of Joining to Functional Relationship and Operational Memorandum of Understanding were signed by eleven Sponsoring Nations nations, SACT and new joining member the Republic of France.
